Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for your item(s) to arrive, excluding weekends or holidays. Typical order response times vary from 24-48 hours. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item has been shipped out. I understand there are unexplainable situations, so please contact your local USPS postal office for more information, and make sure you inputed the correct address. I am not responsible for replacing an order that was sent to the wrong address due to error by the customer. I can only change your address if its still in the processing stage. Once your order is in transit we cannot change your address.
